We want to capture this event and enable the community to build useful lessons learned and other practices based on what we do.
We have a Wiki up already http://kmcampphilly11.pbwiki.com We can develop some practices, processes and strcuture in there.
It's a meta-community practice -- the community practicing on itself.
I've attended Barcamp Philly for the past 3 years. I presented at each one. Each time, speaking into the listening that community provides has been awesome.

Closing the conference, via Skype, we will have Howard Rheingold, author of "Smart Mobs", "Virtual Communities", "Tools for Thought", and the forthcoming "Net Smarts: How to Thrive Online".
